  • Ready to kick-start your international career? You'll begin in an implementation role, rolling out MES systems at customers in the plastics and textile industries worldwide. While working on upgrades or implementing entirely new systems you'll be laying a solid foundation for your future career in sales.

  • You’ll prepare and fine-tune system installations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, gaining first-hand insight into what customers really need to succeed.
  • On-site, you’ll install and configure the software, guide users, and provide training and support. This hands-on experience helps you grow into a trusted advisor, a key skill for your future commercial role.
  • When you're not on-site, you support customers remotely from our HQ, solving challenges and strengthening relationships while developing the skills to spot opportunities and grow into a Sales Manager role.
  • You’ll be part of a global team, working closely with colleagues from Implementation, Service, Sales and Development, and gradually expanding your role toward customer-facing and commercial responsibilities.

Let's talk you

  • You have obtained a Master's degree in ICT, NMCT, electronics or Business Administration, or you’ve gained equivalent knowledge through experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows systems and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) is a plus, just like basic knowledge of MES or ERP systems. But even more importantly: you’re eager to learn.
  • You're open to the occasional trip abroad to connect with our customers and experience different cultures.
  • You're motivated to grow into a commercial role and are willing to start in a hands-on implementation position to truly understand the product and the customer.
  • You're customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven, with strong communication skills and a natural commercial mindset. Fluent communication and killer teamwork skills are a must.
  • You can express yourself practically in different languages. Fluency in English is a must, and you should be confident communicating in at least two additional languages to support our global customer base effectively.
