• In this role, you are responsible for preparing and analyzing BI dashboards and management reports that provide clear insights for decision-making.
• The booking and monitoring of payroll syntheses is part of your scope, ensuring smooth integration into reporting cycles.
• Ownership of the P&L, balance sheet, forecasts, budgets, and KPI analysis lies within your responsibilities, delivering reliable and consistent results.
• Your work also includes cost analysis, budget follow-up, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
• Supporting business cases for strategic projects becomes an important element of your contribution.
• Working hands-on with queries and databases allows you to enhance data quality and accessibility.
• A critical perspective on existing structures and processes helps you put forward valuable improvement proposals.
• Direct collaboration with senior management and regular reporting to the CFO give you visibility and impact at the highest level.
• Continuous involvement in process improvements and automation initiatives ensures more accurate and efficient reporting.

Let's talk you

• You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
• Ideally, you already gained a first experience in audit or advisory and are now looking to make an impact inside an international company.
• You’re not afraid of tech: Power BI, D365, databases, queries—you’re excited to see how data can drive business insights.
• Analytical, accurate, and curious: you love diving deep into numbers, but also enjoy working closely with our international team.
• You think critically, challenge existing structures, and look for ways to improve processes and results
• You are fluent in English and Dutch. Any other language is preferred and considered an advantage.
• You work autonomously, stay calm under pressure, and think in solutions rather than problems. Clear communication and teamwork come naturally to you.
