- You will be part of a larger global team working closely with Product Management, Software Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and other designers.
- In this role, you'll be designing intuitive and consistent experiences for our platform, transforming complex industrial processes and data into clear, usable interfaces.
- You'll be hands-on throughout the design process, from user research and worklflow definition to prototyping, validation, and implementation support.
- You'll help shape and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products and development teams.
- You'll own the user experience within the team, ensuring that design decisions balance user needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and product standards.
- Your work will directly influence how operators, supervisors, and managers interact with complex manufacturing systems across different industries and regions.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design of new features, enhancements, and complex enterprise workflows.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Simplify complex manufacturing processes, dashboards, configuration screens, and data-heavy interfaces.
- Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.
- Build and maintain reusable components, patterns, and guidelines within the design system.
- Work closely with Software PO, engineers, and QA to define requirements, interactions, and acceptance criteria.
- Support developers during implementation and perform design quality reviews.
- Ensure consistency, usability, responsiveness, and accessibility across the platform.
- Contribute to product and design strategy, not only design execution.
- Promote UI/UX standards, design best practices, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Act as a design champion, raising design maturity through hands-on contribution and collaboration.
- Support and mentor other designers through feedback and design review.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design experience for complex web applications or enterprise platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping.
- Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, configuration interfaces, and data visualizations.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
- Experience building or maintaining scalable design systems.
- Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear and intuitive user experiences.
- Experience working closely with frontend engineers in an agile development environment.
- Familiarity with Angular, Storybook, or component-based frontend development is an advantage.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops.
- Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Experience in MES, industrial, manufacturing, or enterprise platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in international, cross-functional agile teams.
- Able to communicate and explain design decisions clearly.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Self-driven, proactive, collaborative, and user-focused.
- Agile mindset with a strong bias toward continuous improvement.
