In early 2020, TDV Industries sought to modernize and upgrade its production management system. After decades of success with the Sycotex solution, BMSvision’s first textile management solution within Barco, TDV Industries decided to transition to BMSvision’s WeaveMaster MES system. This move enhanced monitoring and management in its preparation and weaving departments.

After receiving an in-depth training on the WeaveMaster MES modules, which include real-time production and quality monitoring, optimized order scheduling and tracking, as well as BI reporting and analysis tools, Christian Gelinier played an active part in modeling the software and onboarding the end users through practical knowledge transfer. “WeaveMaster enables us to plan and monitor our production in real-time giving us meaningful insights that drive actionable improvements,” he adds.
