Senior Application Manager

• You'll be part of a bigger international team, bringing industry 4.0 to life.
• You’re the bridge between R&D and operations, installing and supporting client-server software.
• You'll oversee machine connectivity, IoT equipment installations, wiring, and electrical engineering tasks—basically making sure things are plugged in and working, but at an advanced level.
• You’ll install and configure software on-site, taking into account the specific needs of the customer. You’ll be a guru to our customers: you’ll guide, train, and support them when they start using our systems.
• You'll be developing project workflows and optimizing internal project management processes as we value fresh ideas on how to improve our own efficiency.

Let's talk you

• You have experience leading projects, ensuring smooth execution while continuously improving processes.
• You have obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field or have an equivalent knowledge gained through hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of Windows systems and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) is a plus, just like basic knowledge of MES or ERP systems.
• As an autonomous, customer-oriented, and stress-resistant individual, you thrive on finding solutions and delivering top-notch service. Fluent communication and killer teamwork skills are a must.
• You don't mind being on the road. About 25% of the time you'll be travelling to customer sites in North and South America.
• Your home base will be in our Chattanooga office and once a month you'll meet with your US colleagues in Spartanburg, SC.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus; any other language is an asset. We also regard experience in the textiles or plastics industry as a plus.
