• You will be part of a larger global team, but in this role your colleagues from our R&D Department will be your daily sparring partners.
• In this role, you'll operate at the core of our MES (Manufacturing Execution System) landscape-supporting the evolution of our platform and its integration with partner solutions and external systems.
• You'll act as the key link between business and technology, ensuring that requirements are translated into scalable, high-quality solutions across our ecosystem.
• As a domain expert in integrations and data flows, you'll help shape how our platform connects, exchanges data, and delivers value across systems, providing guidance and ensuring consistency across solutions.
• Your insights and proactive mindset will drive continuous improvement, enabling better interoperability, stronger partner collaboration, and a future-ready MES platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate business vision into clear, actionable backlog items.
• Gather, analyze, and refine requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and business value.
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, external partners, and engineering teams.
• Define and manage APIs, integration and data flows across the platform ecosystem.
• Drive backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and refinement sessions.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet both functional and integration quality expectations.
• Support and improve partner onboarding and system interoperability.
• Contribute to system design, especially integration patterns (REST, messaging, event-driven).
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex cross-system issues.
• Promote best practices in requirement engineering and agile delivery

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Software Product Owner, or similar role.
• Strong experience working with system integrations, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into structured deliverables.
• Good understanding of modern architectures (microservices, REST, messaging/event-driven).
• Good understanding of data structures, databases, and end-to-end system workflows.
• Experience in MES, industrial, or enterprise platforms is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working with cross-functional and external teams.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in an international, collaborative environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self-driven, structured, and a strong team player.
• Agile mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
