Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

• You will be part of a larger global team, working closely with R&D, Product Management, and the Engineering Teams.
• In this role, you'll ensure the quality and reliability of our MES platform built on .NET, Angular, and microservices architecture across UI, APIs, and integrations.
• You will be hands-on in building and maintaining automation, while also shaping how quality is engineered across the system.
• Quality is nto a separate step, it's embedded in houw we build. You take ownership of that mindset, ensuring reliability, stability, and fast feedback in our delivery.
• Your work will directly impact how confidently we release features across complex, interconnected systems and partner integrations.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for our products.
• Develop and scale automation frameworks using Playwright (preferred) or similar tools.
• Write and maintain API and integration tests for microservices-based architecture.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and reliable feedback.
• Own test coverage for critical end-to-end business flows across systems and services.
• Contribute to test strategy, ensuring practical alignment between architecture and execution.
• Define and improve test approaches, automation standards, and quality practices.
• Collaborate with engineers and Software PO to define clear acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve complex issues across UI, API, and distributed systems.
• Improve test stability, reduce flaky tests & strengthening test data & environment management.
• Drive shift-left testing practices and promote quality ownership within the development team.
• Quality champion within the team, raising standards through hands-on contribution.
• Drive and support adoption of automation best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in test automation (UI + API + integration).
• Experience with Playwright (preferred), Cypress, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
• Experience testing Angular frontends and distributed system architectures.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test integration in Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Experience working with integration-heavy systems and end-to-end workflows.
• Ability to contribute to test strategy and quality design discussions, not just execution.
• Strong debugging skills across services, APIs, and data layers.
• Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) for validation and test setup.
• Experience in MES, industrial, or enterprise platforms is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working in international,  agile, and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self-driven, proactive, and focused on quality and continuous improvement.
